Why is HDPE resistant to Acetone?
HDPE shows excellent resistance to Acetone due to its tightly packed molecular structure and chemical inertness to most acids, bases, and salts.

Avoid using High-Density Polyethylene with strong oxidizing acids (nitric, chromic), chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Maximum service temperature is around 80°C.
