Why is PVC Flexible resistant to Water Glass?

PVC Flexible shows excellent resistance to Water Glass due to similar chemistry to rigid PVC but with plasticizers that can be extracted by some solvents.

Avoid using PVC (Flexible/Plasticized) with the same solvents as rigid PVC, plus any chemical that extracts plasticizers. Generally less resistant than rigid PVC.
